It’s Taste of the Nation Time!

TON LogoPrinceton’s hottest chefs, restaurants, and mixologists will gather on April 11 for Share Our Strength’s Taste of the Nation®, the area’s premier culinary benefit. Taste of the Nation Princeton will raise critical funds needed to support Share Our Strength’s® efforts to end childhood hunger in Mercer County.  This year’s event will be held at The Westin Hotel at The Forrestal Village in Princeton from 6pm to 9pm.

Some of the area’s finest chefs and restaurants will participate in the gastronomic event.  Participating restaurants as of March 17 will include Anton’s at the Swan, Automatic Brewers & Coffee Devices, Bon Appetit Fine Foods of Princeton, The Brothers Moon, Brown Forman, The Cranbury Inn, Donna & Company, Emily’s Cafe & Catering, Eno Terra, The Frog and The Peach, The Grape Escape, Griggstown Farm, Jen’s Cake & Pastries, Jones Two Enterprises, Karsay Coffee, Makeda Ethiopina Restaurant, McCaffrey’s, Mercer County Community College, Olsson’s Fine Foods, Palate, Palermo Bakery, Parallel 40, The Peacock Inn, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Salt Creek Grille, San Pelligrino, Tre Piani, Triumph Brewing Company, Unionville Winery, Yankee Doodle Tap Room, WJ Deutsch & Sons, Ltd, Zone 7.

In addition to fabulous food and drinks, the event will feature a live and silent auction of extraordinary items including: a tour of Hunts Point Fish Market in Bronx, NY, gift cards for use at the event participants, and more.

Area charities that will benefit from this year’s event include Mercer Street Friends, Isles, HomeFront and Food Bank of South Jersey.

Tickets for Taste of the Nation Princeton are $85 and can be purchased by calling 1-877-26-TASTE or visiting strength.org/princeton/.  Remember – you can get a $10 discount online with my special code PRFAITH until Aprl 1!  (Please note– this event is open to individuals who are 21 and over.)
