1. Faith, thank you for always doing what you can to extend the reach and the message of Slow Food. It’s such a privilege to have access to the best of the farms in mid-winter. I also sent release on this with handsome pictures of farms D&R Greenway has preserved — hoping the media can’t resist the images, and therefore will spread the word.
