It’s just not fair. I must resist temptation day and night it seems. These beauties are in our little Cafe, the “Genomics Cafe,” on Princeton’s campus where I toil each weekday (I don’t work in the Cafe, but in an office nearby). Anyway, I’m proud to say I’ve yet to have one.
Our little spot is in the Lewis-Sigler Institute’s Carl Icahn Lab, and, yes, it is open to the public, although you can’t park anywhere nearby. Today they also had big slices of coconut layer cake, so I carefully averted my eyes from that, too. Doc, you’d be proud of me!
I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

Dear Faith-blogger,
It must be my ethnicity, but those little darlings looked to me like bagels with cream cheese – but they must be doughnuts or why would you need to stay away and then seek praise from your Doc? Telling my Doc. that I avoided eating a bagel would create medical confusion, so I just keep those cultural strains to myself.
