Move over Walkers. And all other mass-produced shortbreads. Who knew that shortbread could be such a tender treat? Surely not I, at least not until I tasted Nicole Bergman’s sweet little squares of all natural shortbread. Right now she makes two flavors, lavender and rosemary. Both are sublime.
These pretties would be a great treat for Easter. I can just see a compact 2-pack nestled in a grown-up’s basket, along with other special goodies. So far, Naturally Nic’s (note update of name to Simply Nic’s) is available at Cherry Grove Farm, Whole Earth Center, and Merricks.
