That’s the recipe of the month, From Chef Kevin Taylor of Los Amigos in Berlin, from South Jersey Hot Chefs. I get their enewsletters which, besides the monthly recipe, include various promotions in their restaurants, along with chef profiles and other information such as what local produce is currently in season (arugula-asparagus-spinach-strawberries!). They are also introducing “Chef Wars,” a competitive guest chef dinner series where diners vote for the winner.
I admire the way this group of chefs has bonded together to promote fine dining in south New Jersey (and you’d be amazed at how much there is), so pay a visit to one of these restaurants soon, maybe over the holiday weekend.
