Pretty, isn’t it? I recently received an invitation to a gourmet tea and chocolate tasting hosted by Taking Tea In Style, a local company that creates elegant Tea Parties for organizations and individuals. They also teach tea etiquette and table manners for children (up to 18 yrs), and offer private lessons. They also sell specialty teas and pretty accessories.
The tea and chocolate tasting takes place in Hightstown on September 19, 5pm-8pm, at Dip’t in Chocolate at 127 Mercer St. There is no charge to attend, but you must RSVP to teaparty@takingtea-instyle.com or call 908-239-0100.
You’ll also find Taking Tea In Style at some of the area Farmer’s Markets: Princeton Market – Tuesday Sept 15 (11am-3pm), Nassau Street in the Olive May parking lot; Capital City Market in Trenton on E. State St. by Warren St. Thursdays, 11am -2pm; and New Brunswick Community Farmers Market – Georges Rd. (bet. Pine & Sandford Sts), Fridays 2pm – 6pm.
