At last! Sushi comes to the Genomics Cafe where I work, and they kicked it off with a tasting event that had eager folks lined up.
We’ve had it occasionally before, usually from a restaurant in town, but this is a program from the folks that run our Cafe, Restaurant Associates, which should provide more consistency in the supply and the quality.
And this is sustainable sushi, so no guilt here! (our little cafe is open 10am to 3pm, Mon-Fri, when classes are in session.)
Meanwhile, if you want to go out to a restaurant for sushi and other Japanese fare in Princeton, I really enjoyed my recent dinner at MoC MoC on Tulane Street. Try the fried tofu and the chirashi. Exquisite!
