Lucky me, this box arrived at my doorstep complements of See’s public relations firm, but I still made the pilgrimage to their holiday store at Marketfair to stock up right after they opened last week – my father has been asking for See’s, requesting a box of assorted dark chocolates, plus some mixed nuts, and Faith delivered.
The box I got was the Nuts & Chews assortment (pictured below), and I hadn’t tried those previously – they were delicious and the nuts in the chocolates were very fresh.
Friends of mine had brought me See’s over the years, so it was a pleasant surprise to find them at Marketfair last year. Now that they’re back again (until December 26), you have another chance to try one of the left coast’s favorite treats for almost 90 years. They are made with real chocolate.
