Thank you to Princeton University Catering for sending me a holiday tin of their new New Premium Gourmet cookies:
Cookie Royale featured Hawaiian macadamia nuts, fresh coconut and semisweet chocolate.
Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk was a great mix of tart and sweet.
Oatmeal Cinnaraisin Cravin’ was sweet and chewy.
These all disappeared so quickly, our staff really enjoyed them! Cookie time on campus will never be the same!
