Is it the cacao nibs? The puffed amarenth? Whatever it is, the Mexican granola that Rick Bayless teamed up with Milk & Honey to make is addictive. I found this at Sickles Market and hope to find it in my local Whole Foods or Whole Earth Center, too…guys?
Really, no surprise that in the end, it is the pieces of cacao nib that make this so special, with their bitter edge making each bite an adventure. Kudos Rick!
