I am never disappointed at MoC MoC on Tulane Street in Princeton.
This was the fluke appetizer (Usuzukuri), lovely and glistening fresh on a glass plate. My friend enjoyed their special pancake with spicy tuna, a wonderful combination of crisp and soft, warm and cool, with something slightly sweet in the drizzle of sauce on top.
She also enjoyed her chicken tonkatsu and I my shrimp and vegetable tempura. Aside from the good food, the atmosphere is soothing, and it allows for good conversation – a thoroughly civilized dining experience!
