Just the other day I got an email from Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse that they had Jean Louis Special Blue again, the first time since their move to Milford about 2 years ago.
Lickety-split I ordered myself a pound of it, shipping costs be damned, since I can’t buy it nearby.
I was home when UPS dropped it off, and tore into it right away. No accompaniments, just pure stinkalicious cheese! That’s the photo at the top, and down below is some other, much more ordinary, cheese I’d enjoyed a few months ago, with those lovely Ines Rosales Olive Oil Tortas that are crisp and a little sweet.
