A recent email from Jim Weaver of Tre Piani – they’re open on Thanksgiving this year! – also mentioned a lovely fundraiser taking place there on November 5. “FYI I am going over the top on this one! It is really something not to be missed,” he added. The Senior Care Ministry volunteers provide help for area senior citizens with transportation, food shopping, friendly visits and caregiver support, with the goal of helping them remain independent in the comfort and security of their homes for as long as possible. Here’s a chance to celebrate something lively with excellent food and wine, and some very nice people, so join them if you can!
