The West Windsor Community Farmers Market‘s February date is Saturday, February 13, at the Windsor Athletic Club, 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor, 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Enjoy a wide variety of greens, salad mix, root vegetables, winter squash, mushrooms, jams, sauces, ghee, pastured meats and poultry, artisan cheese, farm fresh eggs, tea, soap, honey, wine, orchids, bone broth, bread, granola, baked goods, and much more.
Find ingredients for your Valentine’s Day dinner including sweets, wine, cheese and bread. Music by acapella groups at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North along with chair massage from The Touch That Heals. The winter markets continue the WWCFM mission of connecting farmers directly with consumer around locally grown and raised food and artisan products.
Many regular season farms and vendors will be featured along with favorites from eleven years of Slow Food Central New Jersey winter markets of the past, which the WWCFM organized from behind the scenes.

The Princeton Farmers Market‘s next date is Thursday, February 18, in the Community Room (first floor) of the Princeton Public Library, 11:00am to 4:00pm. Their Winter Market connects Princeton residents with local foods, offering a variety of goods including local, organic fruits and vegetables, free-range beef, poultry, pork, eggs, cheese, pickles, honey, baked goods, linens, nut butters, chocolate, pasta, and more.
