January Best Bites
I enjoyed lots of tasty treats in January, including a highly successful first time using a waffle maker. But I didn’t make batter, instead I dipped stale-ish panettone in an eggy French toast/milk mixture and plopped it on there to make Panettone French Toast. That was incredibly good! I was also quite proud I thought to put some leftover Swiss chard on top of a serving of White Bean & Chicken Chili, it was an excellent match-up, the two were meant for each other.
