I take my father to my brother and sister-in-law’s for Christmas Eve, so am putting up a couple photos from a past year. They set a beautiful table without fail (the tree is gorgeous too).
The second photo (right) is my brother’s seared tuna loin. It is just amazing, so rich that you could swear you were eating beef tenderloin (which is what my father thought it was the first time he had it).
They do a seafood dinner that also includes delicious baked shrimp with breadcrumbs, too. The two of them in the kitchen are an amazing team!
My cheese tray, which is what I usually bring to holiday dinners, is all New Jersey cheeses this year, and I’m excited about that. Of course, I’ll take a photo to post after.
