The slow food movement is indeed good and really about treating yourself to great food. We exercise slow food most days of the week in my home.

This morning, I mentioned the slow food movement to my Sociology students at Mercer Community College and a few asked where Tre Piani was located and said that they would like to visit the Sunday event, so I’m emailing them the address. One asked, “could we get extra credit?” and I said, “yes, if you write up your reactions.” It seems that this is the first they’ve heard of the slow food movement.
