West Windsor Community Farmers Market Moves Indoors for Winter/Spring Seasons
The West Windsor Community Farmers Market is now a year-round market! After twelve successful years hosting the outdoor farmers market on Vaughn Drive, the WWCFM will host a once a month indoor farmers market beginning December 12. The indoor location for the 2nd Saturday of the month markets will be at the Windsor Athletic Club at 99 Clarksville Road in West Windsor. With a large, well-lit room overlooking a picturesque wooded space, live music by local high school musicians, along with chair massage by The Touch That Heals, these indoor markets will continue the tradition of the inviting and welcoming space created by the organizers of the West Windsor Community Farmers Market.
Market dates are December 12, January 9, February 13, March 12 and April 9. The hours of the market are 10:00am-1:00pm.
Many regular season farms and vendors will be featured along with favorites from eleven years of Slow Food Central New Jersey winter markets of the past, which the WWCFM ran from behind the scenes.
Enjoy a wide variety of greens, salad mix, root vegetables, winter squash, mushrooms, jams, sauces, ghee, pastured meats and poultry, artisan cheese, farm fresh eggs, tea, soap, honey, wine, holiday gifts, orchids, bone broth, bread and sweets, and much more! The December market will also feature The Feed Truck food truck, located in front of the Windsor Athletic Club with their popular local egg sandwiches. Eat locally, all winter long!
